DripStack

Terms of Service

Effective: 18 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short: Dripstack is a free tracking tool. It doesn’t hold your crypto, make trades, or give financial advice. Data may be wrong or unavailable, so verify anything important. You’re responsible for your wallet and your decisions.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Dripstack website, web app and related services (“Dripstack”, “we”, “us”), operated by an independent developer. By using Dripstack you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you don’t agree, please stop using the service. If you use Dripstack for an organization, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use the service where you live. Don’t use Dripstack if doing so would break any law or sanctions that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax and reporting rules.

3. What Dripstack does

Dripstack lets you sign in with a Solana wallet, view public transaction history for that wallet, record your DCA purchases, and see calculations and performance summaries based on your entries and public data. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Wallet sign-in

5. Tracking only

Dripstack is an informational tool. We don’t provide brokerage, exchange, custody, trade execution, asset transfers, or investment management, and nothing here creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. We don’t hold your assets and don’t guarantee the value or performance of any cryptocurrency. You alone decide what to do with your assets.

6. Your DCA records

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Wrong dates, amounts, prices or tokens will produce wrong results. Check important figures yourself before using them for accounting or tax. We store your records and link them to your wallet address, but we can’t guarantee they will always be available or recoverable, so keep your own backup of anything important. Don’t access, change or delete another user’s records.

7. Blockchain data and third parties

Dripstack fetches public Solana data through a third-party RPC provider and relies on other third parties such as hosting and database providers. We don’t control the Solana network or these services. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable, and we can’t correct errors that originate elsewhere. Third-party services may have outages or change at any time, and their own terms may apply to you.

8. No financial, legal or tax advice

Everything in Dripstack is for general information and recordkeeping. Calculations, summaries and metrics are not recommendations. Crypto is volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. Past performance doesn’t predict future results, and a displayed profit or valuation isn’t guaranteed to be realizable. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional where needed.

9. Risks

You accept the risks of using crypto, including price swings, loss of funds or wallet access, scams and phishing, malware, network outages, software and smart contract bugs, token changes, regulatory changes, and bad third-party data. Dripstack doesn’t remove these risks.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may investigate violations and take proportionate action to protect users and the service.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dripstack running but don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, suspend or end any part of it for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We aren’t responsible for outages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as blockchain failures, provider outages or cyberattacks.

12. Free access and future paid features

Dripstack is free today. We may add paid features, subscriptions or usage limits later. We will show pricing and payment terms before asking you to pay. You won’t be charged for anything unless you choose to subscribe, and existing free features won’t become paid without advance notice.

13. Intellectual property

Dripstack’s software, design, branding and content belong to or are licensed to the operator, apart from third-party material and your records. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use Dripstack for lawful personal or internal purposes. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit protected parts of it without permission, except where the law or an open-source license allows. You keep your rights in what you submit, and you allow us to host, store, process and display it only as needed to run and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don’t acquire ownership of your crypto, wallet or records.

14. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Dripstack at any time and may email us to delete your account and DCA records (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or restrict access to protect security, investigate fraud or abuse, address a material breach of these Terms, comply with the law, or respond to a serious incident. Where practical we will give notice, unless that would harm security or an investigation or breach the law. Ending access doesn’t erase blockchain records or data held by third parties.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dripstack is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the service will be secure, uninterrupted or error-free, that blockchain data will be complete, accurate or current, that calculations will always be correct, or that it will meet your needs. This doesn’t limit consumer rights that can’t legally be waived.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dripstack and its operator aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, savings, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the service. We also aren’t liable for losses from crypto price changes, events on the blockchain, loss of wallet access, your disclosure or loss of private keys or seed phrases, errors in your entries, inaccurate or unavailable third-party data, third-party failures, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100, where the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury, or anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

17. Your responsibility for misuse

To the extent the law allows, you will cover losses, claims and reasonable expenses that arise from your unlawful use of Dripstack, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This doesn’t apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dripstack changes. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice of material changes in the app, on the website or by another suitable channel. If the law requires you to accept new terms, we will ask before relying on them. If you don’t agree to the changes, stop using the service.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of individual country, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in individual country have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Please contact us first at sol.dripstack@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.

20. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Dripstack about the service, unless extra terms apply to a particular feature.
